At The Ends was commissoned to do profile for Flatøy Rock 2012. This is a festival in fast growth with a fantastic potential. Although still small, some of my favorite bands are playing this year, my good friends in Monstereo and Ekkolodd. So this is bound to turn out great. The festival aims to be an institution in itself, and not just be a festival that people comes to because of the bands. To give this festival a feeling og good vibes, we went with a totally 80s style all the way. We’ve printed posters, t-shirts, tote bags and even caps for this one. The logo for the festival was created in strong co-operation with Great Escape – so go check out www.greatescape.no as well! The people behind was a real pleasure working with, and I think this really good cooperation made this profile (although made on a really short deadline) really turned out to be sunny and nice!

The following are the three main posters for the event, these were created to give the festival a feeling of summer, sun, good mood and a memory of old times and childhood.

We made a package of merch for the festival as well. First and foremost, the festival t-shirt designed to have a bit of that feeling you got from those over-priced shirts your parents got you with a photo of your brother playing football, only this guy is riding a horse. We also printed caps and totebags of course.
